These Terms govern your use of auditmy.design (the "Service"), operated by Lexen Labs ("we"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The service

auditmy.design audits websites you connect and returns a design/trust score, findings, and suggested fixes. Results are automated guidance, not a guarantee of any business outcome.

Your responsibilities

Only audit sites you own or are authorized to test.
Keep your account credentials and API keys secure; you are responsible for activity under them.
Don't abuse, overload, resell, or reverse-engineer the Service, or use it unlawfully.

Plans, billing & quotas

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe and renew until canceled. Each plan includes a monthly audit quota and project limit; these reset each billing period. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Availability & changes

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lexen Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
